I was told my package would arrive by a certain date, so I planned around that, but it showed up way later than promised. The tracking barely updated the whole time, which made it even more frustrating. i felt misled because there wasn’t much communication and the delivery estimate wasn’t accurate

"The scent was just too much for me"
I ordered this from lancome-usa.com thinking it might be a nice everyday perfume, but for my taste it ended up being way too strong. At first spray, I actually thought it smelled good, but after wearing it for a bit, it turned sharper than I expected and gave me a headache.
The shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there. I just don’t think this fragrance worked with me personally, and I wish I’d had an easier way to try it before committing to the full size. It’s not a terrible perfume, but I probably wouldn’t buy fragrance online from them again...
"Loved the samples with my order"
I ordered from Lancome USA mostly because they had a free gift promo going on, the samples ended up being way better than I expected. They were actually useful, not just those teeny random things you toss in a drawer forever. Shipping was fine and took a few days, nothing dramatic. One sample was a little smaller than I pictured, like blink-and-you’ll-miss-it small, but I’m still happy overall. I’d definitely order again when they have gifts available.

"Return went through, but the process felt slow"
I returned a foundation shade from lancome-usa.com and I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I kept feeling like I wasn’t totally sure what the next step was or when I’d hear anything. Customer service was okay when I reached out, but the updates weren’t very clear, which made the whole return feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

My Lancome order showed up on time, so that part was good. I had about 4 or 5 items in the box, and one of them was the wrong shade. Customer service did fix it, but it took a few days to get everything sorted out. Not the worst experience, just a little annoying

"Pretty site, but the little hassles add up"
I spent some time on Lanc?me looking through skincare and makeup, and overall it did what I needed it to do. The site definitely has that polished beauty-brand feel, and the product photos made it easier to imagine what I was buying.
That said, the experience wasn’t as effortless as I hoped. Some pages loaded slowly, and the pop-ups started to feel like interruptions instead of help. I also had to dig around more than expected for shade details and reviews, which matters when you’re trying to make a confident choice online.
Checkout worked out in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just reminded me that a nice-looking site isn’t everything, when you’re shopping for products that feel personal, the process should feel calm and easy too.

"Good quality and feels nice on my skin"
I’ve ordered from lancome-usa.com a few times now, and I’ve been happy with everything. I still have the order emails and receipts in my inbox, and each time the products arrived as expected. The creams feel gentle on my skin and haven’t made me break out, which is a big deal for me. They also don’t feel cheap or overly heavy. The prices definitely aren’t low, but the products do feel well made.

"I was actually really happy with the shade..."
I was actually really happy with the shade selection on Lancôme’s site. I usually struggle to find a foundation that doesn’t pull too yellow or too pink on me.
They had enough options that I could compare a few without feeling totally lost, and the photos made it easier to narrow things down. I ended up picking one that looked like it’d be a close match.
Checkout was simple, and the shade I got matched better than I expected. I’d definitely buy from lancome-usa.com again.

"Worth watching for the sales"
I ordered from Lanc?me when they had a promo going, and it ended up being a good deal. The discount applied right away at checkout, and they added a few free samples too, which was a nice bonus. Shipping took a few days, but that seems normal from what I’ve noticed with beauty sites, nothing out of the ordinary. I’m starting to think the best move is to just wait for their promos instead of paying full price, so I’ll probably hold off until the next sale before ordering again.

"Good staying power for a regular workday"
I ordered foundation and mascara from Lanc?me, and I used my usual lazy test for makeup: if I don’t think about it during the day, it’s doing its job. The foundation passed that easily. It looked good through most of my workday, probably around 8 hours, and didn’t get super patchy or weird.
I’m taking off one star because the mascara did smudge a bit by the end of the night, which is usually my quick “okay, not perfect” signal. Still, overall I was happy with how both products held up, and I’d probably buy again if I catch a sale.

I used this serum for a few weeks and it definitely made my skin feel a little softer, which was nice. The texture is smooth and it absorbs well, but I didn’t notice much difference in my fine lines or dark spots. For the price, I was hoping for more visible results. It’s not a bad product, but the disappointment felt preventable if the claims were a bit more realistic.
